Q: Help! My hit counter doesn't work!
A: The hit counter only updates once every day so thats probably why you think it's not working. Also, piczo sometimes take the hit counters down to do work on their servers. You always get back the hits you had after.

Q: How do I get a jukebox like on my site?

A: I'm really sorry but if you leave a message in my guestbook I wont reply. If you leave a message in my Contact Me page I will only reply in the Help Book. However if you email me a question I will email a reply.

Q: Help! On my page it says it is broken!
A: Click the blue text below logout that says "Safe Mode" to go into safe mode. Then delete the last thing you added to your page, as this is probably what has broken your page.

Q: How do I delete music videos?
A: Click the blue dot next to logout, and where the video should be it will say HTML (safe mode). If you click the T, then delete it then it should be gone. Some Videos may also just be able to be deleted the normal way.

Q: You broke my site or a page of my site!
A: That's not my problem, I've tested all of the codes myself and they are fine. To fix this, put the page in safe mode and remove the code you think is broken. Sometimes codes can play up when they are placed in a page with other codes but this is quite rare.

Q: How do I get one of my own pictures as a background for example (This applies to any code that allows you to change the URL of a picture)
A: First you need to upload your picture to your piczo website.(If it is a background picture, you may need to upload that picture to a different page that you dont want the background on)
Then you need to get the picture URL of your uploaded picture. (see #4 to do this)
Next Paste (edit) the URL of your picture where it says to, in the textarea on this website.
Once, thats done take the code that you edited in the textarea on this website, and paste it on the page you want the effect (background) to take place on your website.
If you needed to upload your original picture to a different page, you can remove it now, same if you uploaded the original picture to the same page. (Piczo automatically remembers what picture had that URL)
